A Memory Box is a planned delivery for yourself or someone else. It keeps the recipient, address, occasion, product choice, and planned dispatch together in your account. Use it for a birthday, a thank-you, or a small future kindness that does not need an excuse.
What goes in the box?
Choose one Ol’ Brownie candle, one Skin Nectar, or a bundle containing one of each. Pick the product and let AGC choose an available scent, or select an available scent yourself. A bundle uses one scent available for both products.
Three dates with different jobs
- Occasion date: the birthday, anniversary, or other date you want to remember.
- Planned dispatch: when you want the parcel to leave AGC.
- Preferred arrival/window: your requested delivery timing. It is a request, not a delivery guarantee.
Your limit stays yours
Review the products, shipping, location-specific tax, and maximum total per order before authorizing payment. A future total above that limit pauses the box for approval. A product that cannot be supplied needs review; it is not permission to charge you for anything else.
Manage or cancel it
Find the saved box in My Portal. Modify its details or choose Cancel delivery to stop future renewals. Changes may require renewed secure authorization.
If a paid order has not dispatched, it will be refunded after AGC confirms shipment status. Cancellation sends a refund-review request to the company; it does not mean the refund has already been processed. An already-dispatched order follows the applicable return process.
Allow the stated transit estimate after dispatch; the planned date does not guarantee arrival on an occasion. The store receives planning and dispatch reminders so a paid future gift is held for its scheduled dispatch.
