The “We’ll Make It Right” Page

Hey friend — since all our candles are hand-poured in small batches, each one’s got its own little quirks. That said, we want you to love what you ordered. Here’s how we handle things if something goes wrong:

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your candle shows up broken, melted into modern art, or just not what you ordered — email us within 7 days of delivery at contactus@anythinggoescandleco.com
Please Include:

We’ll sort it out with a replacement, exchange, or store credit — whichever makes the most sense for the situation.

No Returns on Used Candles

If you burned it and didn’t vibe with the scent, we totally get it — but we can’t take it back once it’s been lit. (That’s a fire hazard and weird.)
Used or burned candles, custom orders, and sale items are final.

Refunds

Refunds are approved only for:

Once approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Banks are slow — give it about 5–10 business days to show up.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? You’ve got 24 hours after placing your order to cancel. After that, your candle’s probably already mid-pour.

Lost Packages

If your package says “delivered” but you can’t find it, double-check your porch, neighbors, and mailbox. If it’s still MIA, reach out — we’ll do our best to help file a claim or replace it when possible.
