A gift to remember, or a ritual to repeat?
Memory Boxes and subscriptions can both repeat, so recurring alone is not the difference. Start with what you want the delivery to do.

Choose a Memory Box when…
You know who the parcel is for, want to record the occasion, or need to separate payment from a future planned dispatch. It can be one-time or recurring. A birthday gift does not have to become a subscription.
Choose a subscription when…
You want an ongoing supply of candles and a scent-selection style that suits your routine. Pick the box first, then review the cycle and final price.
Keep cancellation clear
Cancel a Memory Box through its saved delivery controls. For a paid Memory Box that has not dispatched, AGC verifies shipment status and processes the eligible refund separately. A cancellation request is not a completed refund.
Cancel a candle subscription through its billing controls and review the effective cancellation date. Questions about a paid or dispatched order follow the store’s refund and return process.
Changing your avatar does not choose scents or cancel either type of box. It is your account’s character, not your packing instructions.
