Autumn Kitsune
The Autumn Kitsune tends a rose hedge that blooms only after the first cold evening. Every blossom marks a promise someone managed to keep; every thorn remembers one they did not. The fox offers travelers a flower before asking their business. Accept carefully. A beautiful bargain can still have teeth, and this garden has an excellent memory.
