Flame Rewards tracks qualifying candle purchases in your account. Your earned balance is called relics. When you exchange some for a reward, you sacrifice them. Dramatic wording. Very practical discount.
Pick your reward
- Sacrifice 5 relics: get 20% off one Ol’ Brownie.
- Sacrifice 10 relics: get 50% off one Ol’ Brownie.
What earns relics?
Eligible paid Ol’ Brownie purchases earn toward your balance. Skin Nectar alone does not count as a candle. An eligible candle in a Memory Box can count; putting the candle in a scheduled gift does not make the Skin Nectar component earn a relic too.
For current monthly subscription rewards, boxes of one to four candles earn relics. Monthly boxes of five or more do not. Quarterly Crisis does not currently earn relics. Eligibility depends on the qualifying paid purchase, including applicable pricing and refund rules, rather than simply the number of items in a cart.
How to use the reward
- Sign in to My Portal and open Flame rewards.
- Check your available relic balance.
- Choose Sacrifice 5 or Sacrifice 10 when you have enough.
- Use the generated reward code at checkout for one eligible Ol’ Brownie.
The reward code is tied to your account email and is for a single use on one eligible candle. Rewards cannot stack with one another or with other coupons. The discount is not a storewide percentage off everything in the basket.
If something looks off
Check that the order belongs to your signed-in account and qualifies for the program. Refunded purchases and price adjustments can affect eligibility. Contact AGC with the order number if a qualifying paid order is missing from your balance.
