Garnet Sphinx Familiar
The Garnet Sphinx keeps a library where every book contains a pleasure its owner was too polite to admit. It accepts no coins, only a truthful answer and a thumbprint stained with crimson fruit. Those who pass its riddle leave with the right story tucked beneath their coat. Those who lie spend the evening reshelving their own excuses.
