A good whiff deserves a little care. Here are the practical details for ordering, burning, and enjoying your AGC products.

Processing is not transit time

• Ol’ Brownie: usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order.
• Flameware: made to order; allow an additional 3–5 business days of processing before shipment.

Carrier shipping time comes after processing and varies by destination and service. An occasion date is not a guaranteed arrival date. Please contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

Burn with care

• Follow the care label supplied with your candle, including its wick-trimming instructions.
• Burn within sight on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and anything that could catch fire.
• Remove packaging and keep wick trimmings and other debris out of the wax.
• Do not burn for more than four hours at a time; follow a shorter limit if your candle label specifies one.
• Stop burning a container candle when approximately ½ inch of wax remains. Never try to burn it completely empty.
• Extinguish before leaving the room. Let the wax and vessel cool before moving or cleaning them. Never extinguish with water.

Give the vessel another chapter

Let it cool completely before removing residual wax. Avoid open-flame reheating, ovens, and sudden temperature changes unless the original vessel manufacturer explicitly permits them. Keep wax out of drains. Before any food or drink use, follow the vessel’s original food-contact and care guidance; do not use chipped or cracked vessels.
